Summer FHE

(And look how tight Lars is clinging to Finny.)

I just love this picture so much. Haha, poor little Lars is trying so hard to keep his little sneakered shoes on that log. (He lost.) Little brothers are the absolute best.

Finn drinks honey.

Sundance's week of Autumn

Finn at The Tattered Cover, a super cool used bookstore in downtown Denver.

Lars' first time eating street food.

Each time we visit Denver, we go to Boulder and eat Glacier ice cream. Luckily for us, but mostly lucky for the Faj Mahal, it was all-you-can-eat-for-free day. He had like 6 refills.

Aunt Rolayne made us the most delicious New Year's Eve feast. Breads, cheeses, fruits, salted caramel butter.

Other highlights:
The drive. I LOVE the drive from Provo to Denver. (When we go the Veil route.)
This New Year's was spent with just me, Finn, Lars, and Aunt Rolayne. Everyone else had gone to bed and we stayed up and watched the ball drop on TV.
Sleeping in the "scout room" at my grandparents' house. There are no windows, so not a peek of light gets in. The walls are lined with scout mugs. And there are really old, spooky portraits of children on the wall.
